ORDERS
How do I place an order?
Choose your favourite product, select your size and quantity, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation once your order is successfully placed.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation with your Order ID and order details.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, contact our support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We support available online payment methods such as UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking and other supported payment options. Cash on Delivery may also be available for eligible orders.
Is my online payment secure?
Yes. Online payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Drip To Door does not store your complete card details.
DELIVERY
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Same-day delivery may be available for eligible orders within Haldwani and nearby serviceable areas, subject to location, product availability and order timing.
Do you deliver outside Haldwani?
Yes, delivery availability outside Haldwani depends on the destination and shipping service available for your order.
How can I track my order?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I exchange my order if the size doesn't fit?
Eligible products can be exchanged according to our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Returns are available for eligible products according to our Returns & Exchange Policy. Please make sure the product meets the required return conditions.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Contact our support team as soon as possible with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We'll review the issue and guide you through the next steps.
